Your first clean may cost slightly more than regular visits, as extra time is usually needed to bring everything up to standard. The price will always be confirmed beforehand.

We use a purified water system to safely clean windows, frames, and sills from the ground. Please note: this system removes general dirt but will not remove things like cement, paint, heavy stains, rust marks, glue residue or permanent damage to glass or frames.

We offer cleans every 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks. Due to weather and scheduling, your clean may take place up to 7 days either side of the due date. We don’t skip full cleaning cycles. If access is repeatedly unavailable, we may remove the property from our round.

We work in light rain, as the precipitation does not affect results. In heavy rain, high winds or freezing conditions, we will reschedule your cleanup.

Please make sure we can safely access all areas on the day of your clean (gates unlocked, pets secured, obstacles moved).  If we cannot gain access, we may charge for the scheduled visit.

If you cancel on the day of the clean or turn us away on arrival, the full price of the visit may still be charged. Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our regular service.

Domestic customers: Payment is via GoCardless (collected 3–5 days after cleaning) or cash on the day. Commercial customers: Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

Prices are reviewed every April. Any changes will always be communicated in advance.

If you are not happy with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return and correct any genuine issues free of charge. We operate a re-clean policy rather than refunds. Exterior Cleaning Services (Roof Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutters, Fascias & Soffits) Because these services involve older surfaces and materials, the following applies: We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, weak tiles, loose mortar, old seals or structural defects. • Pressure washing may expose cracks, loose slabs or remove jointing sand. • Some stains (oil, rust, deep marks) may not fully come out. • Gutter clearing covers accessible gutters and downpipes only — not underground drains. • We cannot restore faded or UV-damaged UPVC. • Customers must ensure windows are closed and the area is clear before we begin. • We may take before-and-after photos for insurance and record purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe or if staff are treated in an aggressive or abusive manner.

We hold full Public Liability Insurance.
